QUALITY CONTROL
We understand that Quality Control is an essential part of building a successful business and that to exceed customer expectations, we have to be on our toes all the time!
At Unique Tags Pvt. Ltd., we fortify our skilled and efficient team with technological advances so that they can stay abreast with new methodologies. We also encourage our Research and Development team to evolve and devise methods to further improve performance.
We do not compromise on the quality of raw material that we use, working only with international standard warp yarn and weft yarn. Additionally, we work on first-rate machines that are maintained by our experienced staff regularly.
We begin with procuring designs from the customer, after which our team starts work on producing a sample label. The same is submitted to the customer for feedback or approval within 24 hours.
Bulk production starts once customer approval is received.
From the designing unit, the final design moves to the manufacturing unit. Colour matching is an integral part of this process, where we use Pantone and other approved shade cards to select weft yarn colours. We then ensure that the selected colours match those on our machine software. Next, our machine department takes over the label production.
Our electronic Jacquard machines employ the latest foreign technology ensuring labels produced are flawless. We have an in-house warping unit where the finest quality warp beams are produced. This helps us maintain the quality of our labels!
The entire process is under constant supervision of qualified and well-trained professionals.
At this stage, labels produced are in roll form. They are then sent to our Cut and Fold department where various processes like Ultrasonic/Musonic/Laser Cut and marrowing, die-cutting, fusing, gumming, etc. are carried out depending on customer’s requirement.
Finished goods undergo a strict quality control and final checks before being meticulously packed in special boxes or PP bags so as to keep the labels from twisting and damage of any kind.
Finally, our dispatch department takes care of the invoicing and couriers the goods to our customers!
